Open drafts are open to any registered user.

Veteran drafts are open to all users who have previously participated in a draft,
or to new users with the Commissioner's approval.

Closed drafts require the Commissioner's approval to join.

Novice drafts are short introductory drafts, designed for first-time participants.
A one round draft will typically take a week or less to complete.
